FV MORGAN bearings use high-quality babbitt alloy as the base material, and use a special process for three-layer electroplating. It has the advantages of precise coordination, quiet operation and low friction. The tin-plated layer can effectively prevent corrosion and reduce sliding resistance. FV MORGAN bearings are designed according to the principle of of Hydrodynamics. When rotating, an oil film is coated between the bearing body and the bearing carrier through the lubrication system. There is an oil groove on the unstressed bearing sleeve to ensure the uniform distribution of lubricating oil.
